Verification is necessarry to ensure the security of your account and financial transactions. You need to verify your personal area to make a deposit with a debit/credit card and/or to process a withdrawal.
To verify your personal area, you need to click on Profile and then on Verify:
You will need to fill in your personal information (first and last name, date of birth, country, address and ID number) and upload a document. Please upload a valid scan of your Passport or National ID (front and back) in good quality.
After submitting the request, you will see the status and approximate time that is left until your account will be verified.
If the document is not suitable for some reason and your verification request is declined, you will be able to see the reason and make a new verification request.
Please note that the account will be verified until the date according to the expiration date of your uploaded document.
