IB Area — your Partner workspace

You can access your IB area here. Let's review the sections that you can operate and monitor:

IB wallet

The commission you get is credited to IB wallet for the clients' trades from the previous day. Once credited, the commission can be then transferred to USD wallet and withdrawn to any payment system available for your region. Check out all payment systems you can use in your personal area under Finance section.

Status and Status information

The amount of the commission depends on the status you have as a Headway partner. The Status section will show you the current status you have (once you join the partnership you get a bronze one) and the amount of the commission (percentage of spread).

Status information will allow you to track the progress you make for the status upgrade. For example, to upgrade from Bronze to Silver and receive more commission you need to have at least 5 active clients that traded 300 lots.

For Gold — 7 active clients who have traded at least 1500 lots. And Royal — 12 active clients who have traded at least 3500 lots.

Referral link

Share your partner link and get new clients registered under your IB account. Once the clients attached to you start trading, you will begin to get commission. Learn more about commission here.

You can also use the information from this section to get already registered clients attached to you as an IB. If the client already has an account but would like to be attached to you, they can contact Customer Care via partner@hw.site and make a corresponding request.

In that case you can either share your Partner ID from Referral link area, the Partner code (letters and numbers in the end of your partner link) or simply your registered email with the client so they make the attachment request.

Clients/Partners

The last section will allow you to see the list of attached clients (their trading accounts) and partners. In the Clients list you can see the trading account number, the platform, the date they joined, how many lots they traded, how much commission was received, amount of cashback paid and the percentage for the cashback that you can set.

Please note: you can set a cashback up to 99% for your attached clients.

Partners section is a list of partners that are attached as well. You can see the Partner's ID, the date they joined, level (we have a three-level Partnership program: when you attract new Partners, you will get rewarded for that as well) and amount of commission.
