Once you download and launch the MetaTrade platform. To log in to your Headway account to start trading click "File" and select "Login to Trade Account"
Enter your account number, password and choose the appropriate server.
If you are logging in to a MetaTrader4 Real account, select Headway-Real or enter the server number mt4.real.trade-hw.online
If you are logging in to a MetaTrader4 Demo account, select Headway-Demo or enter the server number mt4.demo.trade-hw.online
If you are logging in to a Metatrader5 Real account, select Headway-Real or enter the server number mt5.real.trade-hw.online
If you are logging in to a Metatrader5 Demo account, select Headway-Demo or enter the server number mt5.demo.trade-hw.online
If you are having a problem signing in check out the following troubleshooting steps:
- Check that you have installed / opened the corresponding MT4/MT5 platform / account.
- Check that you are entering the correct account number, password and that you have chosen the correct server.
- Try to generate a new trading password.
- Try to rescan the servers, in the bottom right corner of the platform.
- Restart the MT4/MT5 platform. It's best to give the platform a few minutes to rest and reboot before opening again.
- Disable your Anti-Virus, Firewall, or Internet security software.
