During the winter time (November to March) trading hours are shifted forward by 1 (one) hour.
During the summer time (Mid-March to Mid-November) trading hours are shifted backward by 1 (one) hour.
This is because some countries like the United States, United Kingdom, and Australia shift to/from daylight savings time (DST).
This is important to remember when you consider the time when different Trading Sessions begin and end.
