Can I upload my documents again if verification was rejected?

Yes, please check the reason for which the documents sent for verification were rejected and upload the appropriate documents again. 

Take note:

• Document(s) provided must have the client's full name.
• Document(s) provided must have a photo of the client.
• Document(s) provided must have the client's date of birth.
• Client’s age should be 18 years old or over. 
• The document should be valid (at least one month of validity) and not expired.
• If the document is two-sided, please upload both sides of the document.
• All four edges of a document should be visible.
• The document(s) should be clear and of high quality.
• The document(s) should be issued by the government.
