Can I change or edit my personal information?

You can change or edit your personal information such as your name, address and phone number in your personal area before and after your personal area is verified.

Once verification of your personal area is accepted you will be able to edit or change your personal information details again. If you change the verified information, you must verify your profile again. You will have to enter all necessary information for verification, such as your name, date of birth, country, ID number and address. You will also have to upload valid scan of your Passport or National ID (front and back) again.

Please note: you can not change your e-mail address once registration is complete.
