Take note:
- Document(s) provided must have the client's full name.
- Document(s) provided must have a photo of the client.
- Document(s) provided must have the client's date of birth.
- Client’s age should be 18 years old or over.
- The document should be valid (at least one month of validity) and not expired.
- If the document is two-sided, please upload both sides of the document.
- All four edges of a document should be visible.
- The document(s) should be clear and of high quality.
- The document(s) should be issued by the government.
Here are a few common reasons for rejection:
The photo uploaded is of poor quality. Upload a better quality photo or choose a different format. |
Additional documents are required to complete the verification. Please check the requirements again. |
The data in the document is not clearly visible. Please upload again. |
The document photo(s) have been edited. Please upload original document or choose a different format. |
The document uploaded has expired. Please upload a valid document. |
The uploaded document is invalid. Please upload a valid document. |
The document is missing either the front page and/or back page. |
The uploaded document is damaged. Please upload a different document. |
The uploaded document is missing full name, date of birth and/or document number. Please upload a different document. |
The uploaded document is missing a recognizable photo of the owner. Please upload a document with a clear photo of your face. |
The uploaded document is not from the country/region where your personal area is registered. Please check and upload the correct document. |
The corners of the document are not visible. Please upload again. |
The data in the document is not clearly visible. Please upload again. |
