You can change or edit personal information such as your name, address, and phone number in your Personal Area before your account is verified.
Once the verification of your Personal Area has been approved, you are not permitted to make changes to your personal information details, except under certain conditions such as:
Change of country of residence: if you move to another country, you can apply for a change of residential information.
Identity document update: if the validity period of the document (ID card/Passport) you previously used has expired.
Other than the urgent reasons listed above, no other changes to personal information are allowed.
Note: you also cannot change your email address once the registration has been completed.
