How to Make a Withdrawal on Headway?

Withdrawal terms and conditions

Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used to deposit the funds, in proportion with the deposit amount. 

For instance, you deposited 100 USD and earned 50 USD with it. Then you must withdraw your initial investment of 100 USD via the same payment method you used for depositing.

If you've made a profit that exceeds your deposit amount (in our case, it is 50 USD), you can withdraw it using any payment method. You can see the list of available methods in your Personal Area.

After you choose a method, you need to provide payment system details (name or email address). Remember: These personal details must match the data you provided to verify your profile. 

For example, you verified the profile under the name of Rizki Nugraha and used another name to make a withdrawal (e.g., Bagus Wijaya). In this case, the withdrawal will not be processed due to security measures. We protect your personal data and funds from third parties, so no other name but yours must be used for withdrawals.

How to process the withdrawal

Now that you have verified your account and know the terms of withdrawal, you can create a request. Follow the instructions:

1. Go to the Personal Area. 
2. Click on “Money” on the Dashboard. 
3. Select “Withdrawal”.
4. Choose the payment system. You will have to enter the code that will be sent to your registered email to confirm the process of withdrawal.
5. Enter the amount of the withdrawal.
6. Submit all details that are required to process the withdrawal with the chosen payment system. 
7. Click on “Submit Request”.

After that, the request will be sent and processed shortly.
