Steps of Verification - How do I verify my Personal Area?

Confirm your email address. This confirmation is done during registration. You cannot access your Personal Area before confirming your email address.

Fill in your personal information:

• Full Name (First Name, Middle Name, Last Name).

• Full Address.

• Date of Birth.

• Country.

• Upload a photo/scan of your ID Card or Passport (front and back).

Notes:

• The uploaded document must include the client’s full name.

• The uploaded document must include the client’s photo.

• The uploaded document must include the client’s date of birth.

• The client must be 18 years of age or older.

• The document must be currently valid (valid for at least one month) and not expired.

• If the document has two sides, upload both sides of the document.

• All four edges of the document must be visible.

• The document must be clear and high-quality.

• The document must be government-issued.
