You can easily archive unused real accounts directly from your Personal Area at any time if it meets the following conditions:
All open trades on the account are closed.
The account balance is less than $0.01.
You have not exceeded the limit of 15 account archives per day.
What happens when you archive an account?
Trading, logging into MetaTrader, and financial transactions (deposits/withdrawals) are immediately disabled.
The account is moved to the Archived section under the My Accounts tab in your Personal Area.
You can restore an archived account within 7 days. After 7 days, the account is permanently archived and cannot be recovered.
Real accounts are automatically archived if there are no open trades, no financial operations, and no login activity for 3 consecutive months.
Demo accounts are automatically archived after 1 month of inactivity. Deleted demo accounts cannot be restored, but you can open a new demo account at any time.
